  Very good fit in the ears, they don't hurt no matter how long I wear them. It also has 2 additional plastic sizes for smaller/larger ears. Perfect connection with Samsung mobile. The music, which some say is not loud, is not true. Because I only listen to loud music, if it seemed low I would have been disappointed with the purchase. There are settings for sound through the app you download. They are very satisfactorily loud, without distorting the sound. Nice bass, which you can adjust. They have a function to cut off ambient sounds (I don't know what it's used for, to be honest... if you want to use them as earplugs on the plane...?) A bit annoying that they open or close with their case. That is, when you put them in for charging, they close, when you take them out of charging they open. If you forget them outside the case, the battery starts to drain. However, they charge very quickly. In conclusion, finally a set of BT headphones that has so many positives. I hope they last. Oh, note... the first day I got them, one of them fell into a sink full of water... it definitely stayed under water for a second, but it held its breath and nothing happened....!   Very good headphones. Perfect sound. The speakers can hear even the birds chirping several meters away when I talk. I don't do well with the touch open-close feature, I don't know why it troubles me so much if it wants to do a trick. (these are my first Bluetooth headphones). I have a Xiaomi phone with the same settings as the app (recommended by Xiaomi) and it shows me the settings in the Bluetooth settings. So I don't see the reason to have it installed. If someone knows more, let us know.

  Many problems in general:
  1) They do not fit well in the ear, no matter what size of suction cup you use.
  2) Although they appear to be connected to the phone properly, sometimes they don't work at all during calls with others.
  3) They have a separate volume control on the earphone and a separate control on the phone!! So even if you have it turned up all the way on the phone, if you haven't also turned it up all the way on the earphone with the touch button, you will think you have wasted your money on useless headphones that have no volume at all!!
  4) They do not remember the last setting you have made regarding active noise cancellation, resulting in white noise every time you turn on Bluetooth and wear them due to the default active noise cancellation.

  I have had the headphones for 10 days.

  Positives:
  • They fit well in the ear.
  • Relatively clear sound.
  • Good bass if adjusted through their application.
  • Battery life is quite long compared to older models.

  Negatives:
  • The sound volume is ridiculously low. Coming from Huawei headphones from 2018 that I bought for 14 euros, I can say that in comparison to those, when the Xiaomi headphones are at maximum volume, they are equivalent to 40% of the volume of the Huawei headphones.
  • The application sometimes does its own thing, and when the headphones are disconnected, it doesn't retain the settings for their next use.
  • When I am on a call, even though the call screen shows that the headphones are connected, the speakers and microphone being used are from the phone and not the headphones (as if you're not wearing the headphones or as if they are not connected).

  Overall, I am greatly disappointed with Xiaomi in the past 3 years, both in their mobile phones, smartwatches, and headphones. I will never purchase from this brand again.
