  Very good headphones. Perfect sound. The speakers can hear even the birds chirping several meters away when I talk. I don't do well with the touch open-close feature, I don't know why it troubles me so much if it wants to do a trick. (these are my first Bluetooth headphones). I have a Xiaomi phone with the same settings as the app (recommended by Xiaomi) and it shows me the settings in the Bluetooth settings. So I don't see the reason to have it installed. If someone knows more, let us know.

  The headphones are a real value for money! I mainly use them for teleconferences at work with my laptop, but also with my mobile for hands-free use. They connect instantly with either a mobile or a laptop, or both together. The great thing is that the connection is established as soon as you open the case - very convenient. The sound is very good and powerful, and the microphone as well. The people I talk to can hear me perfectly. The only negative thing has to do with the active noise cancellation algorithm for the microphone. I have noticed that environmental sounds do not pass through the microphone, but if there are speeches in the same room (e.g. office), it transmits them normally as if I am speaking, even if they are from the other end (amazing sensitivity)!   I have had the headphones for 10 days.

  Positives:
  • They fit well in the ear.
  • Relatively clear sound.
  • Good bass if adjusted through their application.
  • Battery life is quite long compared to older models.

  Negatives:
  • The sound volume is ridiculously low. Coming from Huawei headphones from 2018 that I bought for 14 euros, I can say that in comparison to those, when the Xiaomi headphones are at maximum volume, they are equivalent to 40% of the volume of the Huawei headphones.
  • The application sometimes does its own thing, and when the headphones are disconnected, it doesn't retain the settings for their next use.
  • When I am on a call, even though the call screen shows that the headphones are connected, the speakers and microphone being used are from the phone and not the headphones (as if you're not wearing the headphones or as if they are not connected).

  Overall, I am greatly disappointed with Xiaomi in the past 3 years, both in their mobile phones, smartwatches, and headphones. I will never purchase from this brand again.

  Very good fit, very good external noise cancellation "wearing both earbuds" if you wear only one, the cancellation setting is disabled automatically.
  Not recommended for sports use, especially in the summer due to sweat.
  The sound is crystal clear, the bass can be adjusted from the phone when listening to music.
  For those who say they can't hear or be heard by the interlocutor, or even hear them very quietly and not clearly, 90% of the signal plays a role, either ours or the interlocutor's.
  It has a variety of functions:
  1. Gestures
  2. Sound effects
  Transparency (with 3 levels depending on how much we want to hear the external environment a lot or a little, or to enhance the voice of the interlocutor in front of us).
  Noise cancellation (with 3 levels depending on how much we want to cancel the external environment a lot, a little, or not at all).
  Off mode (you hear external sounds but when the music is on full blast, you hear nothing).
  Battery life is very good, lasting 2-3 days with full use in combination with the base battery.
  (Personal experience: left earbud 8 hours of continuous use (7:00-15:00) at home, made phone calls for a while, left it out of the base for a period, and at 23:00 when I checked, it was at 5%)
  If you want to connect the earbuds and adjust them without wearing them, simply place them in the base and leave the lid open; if you close it, the connection is lost, as shown in the video.
