Supports the SATA III communication protocol that offers fast speeds and is compatible with the vast majority of motherboards.
The 2.5'' size makes it ideal for replacing and upgrading hard drives in laptops, as well as desktops.
Installation
Installation on a desktop computer is done with 2 cables (1x power & 1x data), so it requires a free SATA port on the motherboard and an available power cable for the SATA device from the power supply. For installation on a laptop, no cables are needed and the SSD simply plugs into the SATA slot.

The disk was sent by the store before the stated delivery deadline to the courier. Careful packaging, easy installation, and very fast placed on a 10-year-old Toshiba satellite that was going to be thrown away and gave it tremendous speed. In a few words, excellent value for money choice. (If anything changes in its performance, I will come back.)
I am generally unfamiliar with these things, but the truth is that the difference between HDD and SSD is enormous. I was thinking of changing my entire PC because it was dragging.
I have had the disk for 2 years and it hasn't had any issues. Windows load up quickly. For simple home use, it is excellent, I don't play games. Keep in mind that I have had this PC since 2013:
CPU Intel i5 3470 3.2GHz (great)
Motherboard Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 (satisfied)
RAM G Skill Ripjaws 2x8 GB (more than enough)
GPU Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1GB (for basic use)
HDD Western Digital WDC WD5000AZRX (for storage, used, 12 years old, excellent)
SSD ADATA SU800 (for Windows)
Very satisfied. I don't know about writing speeds, etc... but I do know that the quality-price ratio is excellent. I would buy it again.
I immediately noticed the difference in speed on both computers I installed (I bought two). We were really thinking about changing, but now they have a big extension. I haven't measured the speeds yet. As for reliability, I hope they prove to be good (recently, an Adata flash drive I bought burned out for no reason and I have some suspicions about the SSDs, but I hope it was just a coincidence). However, I definitely can't find any other reason besides reliability for someone to pay €20 and get a "branded" one. If you regularly back up, you don't have much to worry about, although I generally consider them just as reliable as the "branded" ones.
I have him since the summer and he literally saved my laptop which was destined for the trash. From the moment I plugged him in, his performance has skyrocketed as he is fast, efficient, and above all, silent. A very good choice to prefer him
After 8 months of use, it works perfectly, very close to the advertised speeds of the features.
A very good choice and usually cheaper than the Samsung equivalent (if you want to save 10 euros, that is) and in my opinion, reliable.
Until now, I have had him for 2 months and he has given my computer a new lease of life, as my previous mechanic was very slow. With the SSD, it opens in 10-15 seconds and everything runs smoothly, whether it's videos, programs, or games, everything! For a first SSD at 80€ that I got, it's simply wonderful (if any issues arise, I will come back to update, but so far everything is perfect!)
Excellent disk. For its price, I think it's the best value for money on the market. Used on a Linux mint machine with an i7 and 8gb ram, it felt like I bought a new computer. In simple words, perfect
It was recently found in my hands and placed in a SONY VAIO F Series 17-inch. This particular machine already had an i7 Quad-Core processor and 8GB RAM, but it was lacking in performance due to its mechanical hard drive. The Adata SU800 SSD delivers on its promises, and even better, without any issues before or after installation! It offers great value for money if you can find it at a good price, a recommendation equal to what SanDisk & Sammy offer.
As others say, it is a very reliable product, it is very fast (it can even match or surpass some top market SSDs, e.g. Samsung evo). However, do not be swayed by marketing. With much less money, you have an SSD that covers your needs. Congratulations to Adata!
Very good SSD, I have been using it for about a month on a laptop with 12GB RAM and an i5 processor and it has been amazing. It opens everything instantly, no lag, I am very satisfied with this purchase!!!
