The product arrived without batteries, even though the box says that batteries are included. The USB is not as powerful as the batteries I tried, but otherwise it works well
As a function, it is good although it consumes batteries quite quickly but with the USB it is ok. The two replacement heads (files) are of average quality, they need to be changed after the first use
