    The water tank is very small, it holds about 200ml (although it says 350ml).
    Therefore, the steam runs out quickly (and it has relatively low pressure).
    To just pass over the seams on the mattress (fear of bugs), I needed 3-4 refills.
    Of course, if you just want to clean areas with old dirt on bathroom/kitchen tiles, etc., it does the job.

    Just bought it taking the risk... it has detailed instructions and is easily assembled. It heats up in a satisfactory time. I expected the steam to be hot, but it is just lukewarm (and it sounds strange). I tried it on fabric, specifically on a coat, and noticed that the fabric didn't burn afterwards, it was just damp. As a result, I'm not sure if the fabric was actually sterilized! I also tried it on wrinkled fabric to see if it would improve the creases... it did minimal work on that as well... it also splatters. Finally, I tried it on a mirror... okay, it left steam marks that needed wiping afterwards... I'm not sure if it's worth it in the end... time and use will tell!

    I started using it following the instructions to the letter on bathroom tiles. I had an issue with leakage from the plug and then it tightened so much that it wouldn't open. Eventually, I managed to fix it. With 3 fillings, the shower shone! I cleaned every corner effortlessly! I save a lot of time, money on cleaning products, and a lot of hassle!     It has many accessories and heats the water to a satisfactory temperature in a reasonable amount of time. In terms of construction, it seems fine to me for the approximately 30 euros I paid. I have cleaned tiles, the bathroom, and the sofa very easily. I haven't tried it on a mattress yet, but I don't see a reason why I would have a problem. It needs to be allowed to heat up properly, do a 2-second test in the air, and then it works like clockwork.

    I had 2 issues:
    1) It was leaking from the cap, I just needed to tighten the screws inside the cap.
    2) It took me a while to figure out how the switch works, it has a safety feature and you need to push it first and then press it.

    Other than that, it is my first steam cleaner and I can say that I am very satisfied with the result, especially the grout on the tiles that I had decided would never get clean...they became brand new with the steam!

    It definitely doesn't heat up quickly, definitely not meant for cleaning the whole house (requires a lot of patience) but for the 2-3 things I needed it for, it's perfect. Pleasant surprise is how well the attachment for windows works. I don't give it 5 stars purely because the construction is not sturdy and it seems like it won't last long.

    It's good to empty it completely and refill it with a measuring cup. The tank can hold more than 350ml but if you fill it up to the top, it releases water along with the steam.
