I bought it on 07/23 for exclusive use for DJing, on xdj-rx3 as a second flash drive. The first one I have is a sandisk usb-a/usb-c which is very fast. This one is very slow in write speed. With the sandisk, I exported the entire collection in about 15 minutes, while with this one it took 1.5 hours. It is bulky compared to others, but at least it seems durable.

It is an excellent USB but unfortunately there are many issues with Pioneer DJ products, so it is not recommended for DJ use. If you are a DJ, the best choice is the GTX model from the same company!

I'm sorry for giving a negative review. It's not my style, but I'm doing it to protect others. A friend who is a DJ got it and it broke, the same happened to me and my brother. 3 cases out of the 3 I know, and you put it in the door without it working. Being a DJ and going with your music on a stick to play and it not playing at that moment is the worst thing

I have an 8GB, first generation, and now I bought this one.
It is fast, I didn't sit down to measure it, but as a feeling it is fast. Obviously, it is very durable, but it is also very big and uncomfortable, not as much as the first generation, but it remains huge and expensive. So why did I buy it? Because I really like it aesthetically!

I have it for a year. It is large in size (but you know this beforehand), with a very durable exterior construction. The actual USB stick inside is of moderate construction, it is likely to be damaged if hit while connected. Its speed is not bad, but it is not impressive.

Very durable and sturdy construction. You hold it in your hands and feel confident. You won't lose it because of its size.
Reading on usb2 reaches 39MB/s and writing 17MB/s.
Buy it if you want secure transportation in external conditions. If you want a simple usb, there are other options with larger memories and less money.

It is a very good flash, the only downside is that it is a bit heavy but it is understandable, and it is durable!

It is the second Survival I buy because it's worth the money.

Although it is bulky and there are plenty of other products that are more affordable and smaller in size, this particular one offers protection during transportation from environmental conditions and accidents involving water and beverages.
