Very good and sturdy construction, it also has a lock on its base. A bit difficult to use due to its weight. It has everything except for the certificates needed for its declaration to the mechanical department, hence the -2 stars. My previous one was a Thule Xpress 970 for 2 bicycles which was much lighter, user-friendly but less secure and durable.
