Unacceptable machine. I have had it for 3 months now and it only presents problems. The first time I made bread, the grease ran onto the dough. We sent it for service and the diagnosis was that it simply needs cleaning, and that the grease is vegetable and natural. The second time, I found pieces of PLASTIC in my mixture because pieces broke off from the mixer. STAY AWAY!
It is a beginning and we have only used it once. But it seems like an excellent product and a good value for its money! Beautiful design, durable construction with the reliability of Bosch. Sufficient and necessary components for a proper kitchen machine. I highly recommend it!
