It was purchased to knead bread with 1 kilogram of flour and it does it effortlessly for 1.5 years now. It kneads 2-3 times a week at the 2nd speed and is relatively quiet and does not move at all when kneading. With 1 kilogram of flour, we make 1.5 kilograms of bread, which corresponds to 4 "half-kilo" loaves from the market. The quality and taste of the bread it makes naturally are superior and cannot be compared to the bread from the market, which is full of additives and is no longer considered real bread. Additionally, it saves you money, which means that you can recover the cost of the kitchen machine within 1.5 years.
For those interested, after many trials, we found the following recipe for bread:
Recipe for the dough: 1 kilogram of flour (1kg yellow flour or a combination of whole wheat flour 400g and 600g yellow flour), 590ml lukewarm water, 2 teaspoons of salt, 4 teaspoons of sugar, 6-7 tablespoons of oil, 1 packet of dry yeast.
Note about the flour. Having tried all the flours from supermarkets and several from private mills, we concluded that the best flour for bread (and by far) is yellow flour from Papafilis mills, as it contains bran which makes the bread rise incredibly. Equally good is the whole wheat flour from Papafilis, which also contains bran.
Procedure: We knead the bread for 8 to 10 minutes in the kitchen machine at the 2nd speed (leave it at the 1st speed for the first 30 seconds). Then, we cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it doubles in size (usually takes 50-60 minutes). We grease a baking tray and place the risen dough on it. We cut it in half and make 2 loaves. We sprinkle plenty of sesame seeds on the greased surface of the dough. We cover the tray for 40 to 50 minutes and then bake the bread. In our oven, we set the temperature to 190 degrees on the bottom heat, place the tray on the lower part of the oven, and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes. We take out the bread and immediately cut the loaves in half because we noticed that this way the bread remains crispy and does not become soft. We let it cool on a rack and then place the bread we don't want to consume immediately in the freezer.
It is a good tool with a good design. The components need to be attached in a specific way otherwise it doesn't work well. It is not a powerhouse but it has many components and does a satisfactory-good job in many things. Overall, not top quality construction, very plastic, I would like the mixer, for example, to be glass.
Incredibly quiet motor! I had a Kenwood that sounded like a train passing by! I was amazed as soon as I turned it on! It's very beautiful! Its size is just right, neither too small nor too big, despite the fact that in the photos and videos I saw on YouTube before buying it, it looks very small and it really doesn't do it justice! Its accessories are very good! I believe it's the best choice!
For everyday household use, perfect! If you want to open a bakery, it's better to choose something else. Reasonable price and beautiful design.

Everything must be applied exactly, otherwise it simply doesn't work. Not at all good instructions, with some confusing diagrams, without any explanation in text. None of the components are easy to apply and require multiple attempts. Especially the mixer attachment, it can fit in 2 different positions, only one of them works. The blender is also unacceptable, it throws out pieces when it stops. Also, the plastic of the blender has acquired an orange tint in various areas and cannot be cleaned, after just one use with a carrot!
In no case is it worth its money, in fact I wouldn't buy it again even for half the price, because it simply frustrates you trying to get everything to fit correctly.
I have had it for 10 years and it hasn't had any issues at all, except for the jug of my blender breaking with daily use for purees after 2 babies. I replaced it with a Bosch and everything is fine! It can do dough, salads, whipped cream, margaritas, avgolemono, and cakes. It is my right hand, it doesn't move during use, it is easy to clean, and it is also beautiful for the countertop!
I wonder why some people write so many negatives and lies and so many negative exaggerations! First of all, which are the components that don't fit and don't work? There are two components: the bowl and the mixer! They need to be properly attached in order to avoid any issues during operation, but mainly for your safety and to prevent everything from falling down! Seriously... enough with the words written in the reviews! It's like saying, "Oh, the car won't move forward if I don't turn the key all the way in the ignition... why doesn't that bother you?"

Some people talk about the dough and the components, but the machine is designed for 1 kilogram of flour... if you put in more thinking it will be fine, it's logical that it will break. But it's like chasing after the logic of a Greek person!
For household use, machines go up to 1500 watts, which means 1.5 kilograms of flour, or 500 grams more than what this mixer can handle! So even if you spend 1000€ to buy any supposedly better one, you will still only be able to make 500 grams more! Therefore, those who talk about quantities have no idea about mixers, quantities, etc.
Also, dough in all mixers requires a maximum speed of 2... if you use a higher speed in any mixer, everything will break! But who reads instructions and advice? They were born with inherent knowledge!
So, to tell the complete truth... all the components are of very good quality. I have made countless doughs for cakes, pies, breads, sweet breads, pretzels... the machine works almost daily at home because we are a large family and we like everything we eat to be homemade!

The main criterion for selection was its price in combination with the accompanying accessories. Various blades, blender, and dough attachments, etc. Convenient size, good ergonomics, the motor seemed a bit slow at low speeds, but it easily made a pizza dough that my wife prepared.
If the little pastry chef in you wakes up, it is good for small quantities. After all, the manufacturer sets a limit of 1 kilogram for dough.
Pay attention to the perfect application of the attachments, as it does not start if everything is not perfectly "locked" in place. It annoyed me a little at first, as something always seemed to not fit perfectly.
In conclusion, it is a good machine for exclusive domestic use. If you want something more, it might disappoint you
For household use and a family of 3 people, it is perfect. User-friendly, it doesn't work if it's not properly attached, many accessories, perfect for chopping cabbage and carrots as well as french fries. It is easily stored, has a long cord that is hidden inside, doesn't make much noise, and is also beautiful.

I bought it for its size...and the color. Well, what a disappointment!! The first year I made a cake with 1000g of flour. It can't handle more than that. This year, two years later...it drags and stops, it can't handle the dough. It's only suitable for very small quantities of ingredients and quite liquid cakes, etc...Such a waste of money I spent!!!

I have had it for 5 months. It is so good that I wonder why I didn't get it years ago! With the food processor, you can enjoy salads, chop vegetables for soups, grate cheese, and it doesn't stick anywhere. I have made cakes and other soft doughs and whipped cream, and they turn out fantastic. It works great for bread, just don't put more flour than its specifications. The blender is a multitool, it blends everything. Generally, I don't use it at the maximum (7) because it simply doesn't need it. It can handle smaller speeds. It doesn't move at all, it has small suction cups that hold it on the countertop. You can buy extra tools, but personally, the ones it has cover my needs. Also, it impressed me that if you place something incorrectly, it simply doesn't work, so you don't have any unpleasant accidents. I highly recommend it!
After almost 1 year of use, I have to say that it's worth its money. If you study pastry/bakery and you need it for work, it is very useful and it is sufficient for what you need it for, it will prove very useful to you. And in general, it is very user-friendly and convenient. It has several accessories inside the box with a small suitcase and a DVD with recipes and various other things. That's it, I hope I helped.
If you want it for kneading, it is a good choice for dough of about 1.2kg and fiber bread! It stabilizes on the counter and does not change position as I have read about other kitchen machines. Moderate noise that is not bothersome. Probably a good choice compared to similar ones. It is great for cakes, cutting cheese, etc.
