The device was purchased in February 2023, and at the beginning of April, it started to have poor communication between the two devices... but it didn't show it. In mid-April, you couldn't hear what was happening inside the baby. Both devices were stationary, no drops or anything. I contacted the store, and the people there tried to help me without having any authority. They told me to contact the company via email. So, I sent it to Bulgaria, okay. Good packaging, bubbles, and such, with whichever company you want. Okay, I sent it through ELTA, what do I owe, 11€? The recipient cannot pay it. No. Okay, I'll pay. The device was returned, but unfortunately, it still doesn't work properly. Okay, I said it's fine. When will you send me the money for the charges because it's not my fault that your device broke in 2 months? I had the NUK one that my 5 nieces had before me, who are now 18 years old, and my daughter, who is now 5, and it eventually broke the connector, and that's the one I have. They told me early June. Okay, it's June 14th, and they haven't sent me the money for the 11€ for the communication. I have roughly paid the amount for the communication and the shipping expenses, which have reached 50€, and we still don't have communication. (I have the NUK one that I changed the connector on the power cable).

The company is unacceptable! After 3 months, they returned my money. I will not choose them again after this.
