With a high blood pressure of 135-140 for the top number and 90 for the bottom number (with the help of blood pressure medication), this product brought it down to 120-125 for the top number and 80-85 for the bottom number. Very difficult to swallow! I have no issue with large pills. It's probably the combination of size and texture. If you struggle, forget it. Very good value for the quantity of pills. That's why I chose it.
