Very good graphics but a game with tremendous requirements. The element of fear is not present and it reminds me of an adventure game. Doom 3, despite not having the same graphics, is superior.

Doom like you've never played (or seen) before.
The singleplayer is a mix of the first two Doom games and Doom 3, with more emphasis on the gameplay of the first two Doom 2.
It's simply very modern but suits it very well.
The only problems I have are with the multiplayer, which is literally a copy of COD (now they made the DLCs free) and that it doesn't have the modability of the originals.

To run it, you need a simple budget PC.

    9/10

I was really looking forward to this game as Doom 3 had left a lasting impression on me when I first played it in 2005. The graphics are quite good, there's non-stop action, and the sound is awesome, really gets you pumped. Unfortunately, it has lost the terrifying element that the old Doom had and now it's just all about the action. I enjoyed the single player but unfortunately the game ended quite quickly and then there's nothing else to do. I didn't really get into the multiplayer aspect, but the truth is I found it a bit boring. Overall, though, it's a really great game, hopefully there will be another one released soon!

I have bought it for Xbox One, but I wanted to get it for PC as well. The truth is that it requires a high-end machine. It is one of the heaviest games.

What I liked: beautiful graphics, continuous and fast action, level design, variety of enemies, weapon upgrade system, the wonderful old-school feeling.
What I didn't like: some glitches in the graphics, non-destructible environment, the sound could have been better.
    Rating: 87/100

If you are a fan of DOOM, you will love it from the beginning. Personally, I never played this kind of game before, but after about 20 minutes, I got hooked badly. I can't find any flaws for a €25 game. Don't be afraid of the requirements, you won't have a problem.

I see people talking about the sound. The best sound I have experienced in a game in recent years. The soundtrack puts you so much into the game, it makes you anxious and excited in a way you won't believe.

As a comeback of the title, it is very good. The gameplay is interesting and the graphics are perfect, but the dark and scary atmosphere of Doom 3 became a thing of the past.

Wood, blood, and Metal! It may not be as Horror as the previous ones in the series, but they kept its style and made it much better!
The graphics are amazing and the gameplay never gets boring!

Doom is a game that needs no introduction! It is the origin of First Person Shooter Games (in reality, Castle Wolfenstein, which is based on the same logic). Even after 12 years from Doom3, DOOM continues to be an excellent FPS. With no performance issues, the only drawback is that the installation DVD includes a small part of the code and the user will have to download 45GB in order to finally play the game. It would be great if a BluRay version was available to avoid the unnecessary wait to "download" the game.

For me, who was already an adult when Doom came out, this game reminds me a lot of the feeling when I first saw Doom, Wolfenstein, ROTT, etc. Back to basics, therefore, and a serious blast from the past in terms of feeling, logic, setup, pace, gameplay, etc. But that's exactly what I expected, and it's much better than the previous Doom 3.

I give it a 9/10 accuracy rating instead of 5/5, as the scare tactics of the classic Doom are reduced, while the multiplayer, although quite good, could definitely upgrade the feeling it gives (more Quake Arena and less CoD).

After Doom 3, which was simply epic, and after so many years of anticipation, I expected it to be a little better, I must say. Its campaign is exciting with full action and violence, but it has lost the element of horror that its predecessor had. It relies more on Doom 1 and 2 and generally on the old school of FPS, and I can say that Bethesda has done a very good job. The multiplayer is a bit boring, that's the truth, which is why I don't give it 5 stars.

The game simply rocks.. it packs a wild punch... forget about boredom and love.. this game simply brings pain.... it's fantastic.. it's action-packed as the foreigners say... meaning there won't be a moment without action. And it maintains all the good characteristics of the old Doom. The downside is that if you get it on a disc, the disc only has 10 GB inside so you have to download 45 GB. :P.
