Very hard. The little one tried it and spat it out. I put it in the fruit puree and it still doesn't soften as I expected. It leaves crumbles in the fruit puree. Very bad choice

Very nice cookies, almost too sweet, the only problem is that if the packaging is slightly hit, they break easily. Equally good taste are the corresponding Stella & Stello ones that are with chocolate.

I constantly buy them, they are my son's favorite who is 2 years old and has allergies. He has been eating them since he was very young, they have no sugar, milk, eggs, and only have extra virgin olive oil for oils. They have a slightly sweet taste, perfect for kids.

Nice ingredients, they are organic... But 8-month-old babies have difficulty eating them. Logical, I'm not saying it's not, but even I tried one and it stuck to my mouth. And the taste is awful, like eating flour. Personal opinion of course, but I won't buy them again.
