I don't know why this product has so many positive reviews. I saw them too and chose it, in fact I bought a quantity because I thought it would be value for money. Big mistake. It does absolutely nothing for me. It doesn't produce any heat at all unlike other brand patches I have tried. Pure disappointment.

Coming from a burning plaster, the first impression was very bad, I felt like it was doing nothing, but the instructions are not like the others, you put it for 24 hours, and then you put another cap. In the 24 hours, I saw a noticeable difference (herniated disc pain), much greater than the burning plaster.

Do not buy it. It does not provide any relief to the pain. A monotonic tape is more effective than this disgrace.
