The purpose of this new edition is to present the fundamental concepts regarding antennas even better than in the past, while providing extensive coverage of the most recent wireless applications. Additionally, the book has been structured to be easily divided into two series or semesters of courses, with the first 12 chapters suitable for the first series, and the next 12 chapters suitable for the second series. There is also flexibility that allows for a variety of options for the distribution of material.

The subtitle "For all applications" is of course somewhat presumptuous, as covering all applications is an unattainable goal. Nevertheless, it indicates our purpose.
