Very good milk, it helped us a lot with colic. After a few days of use, my baby stopped crying inconsolably and drank it pleasantly. As for the negatives, I would say that firstly it does not dissolve easily, unless you shake the bottle like a frappe (the good thing is that it doesn't foam, of course) and secondly, my baby's bowel movements became quite tighter, resulting in the doctor recommending us to change milk before starting solid foods and worsening the situation.

After using Humana 1, which my baby enjoyed drinking, we switched to this one due to colic issues. We had to transition from one milk to another because of the difference in taste. The colic symptoms decreased significantly and my baby is active at least twice a day. Personally, it helped us a lot.

We saw a huge difference from the first bottle compared to the previous milk. Of course, don't expect a drastic difference immediately, it takes some time for the baby's body to adjust to the milk. After a while, the colic has disappeared with this specific milk. I highly recommend it

The pediatrician recommended it to us for easier digestion. From the 3rd day, the child changed, with stomach pain and diarrhea. The symptoms continued, so we stopped using it and calmed down. Stay away from this type of milk, better to use Humana 1.

It didn't help with colic or constipation.
It doesn't dissolve easily and always leaves residue (we tried to dissolve it in water at different temperatures).

I wouldn't recommend it.

It immediately helped with constipation and did not cause any colic! It is pleasant to drink!
Update 29/04/20:
The constipation returned, the baby gets upset when eating it, it doesn't digest easily, it doesn't flow easily, and in the last few days, there have been small regurgitations after each meal, while previously we never had such a problem. We changed the milk with a similar one from another company and all the above gradually improved. It seems that it didn't work well for us.

The worst thing I have given to my child..... Not only did it not treat constipation but it completely stopped working..... And even worse, it started making rockets.....

I started using humana ac in the first month of my daughter's life, when she had some pain and couldn't function properly, with the unanimous consent of her pediatrician! I saw a big difference both in the pain and in the bowel movements, not that they completely disappeared but as far as I know, these problems exist until the third month! At least the child stopped hurting so much! I highly recommend it!
