I used them for a hip fracture, placed on both sides of the fracture along with some other treatments (infrared rays, essential oils of specific herbs [comfrey in English], siatsu, and others). I am sure they helped because when I placed them lower on my thigh, near the painful knee, the pain significantly decreased almost immediately, while it continued to hurt in between. So, I recommend them without reservation. Just when the adhesive tape no longer sticks, you reposition them with adhesive tape, as the magnets do not wear out. Overall, instead of the 6 to 8 weeks in bed that the doctors told me, I was standing after 4. And I continue to use them during natural therapy, again with excellent results.

In cooling a table-like with very intense pain radiating to the shoulder and arm, and while suction cups, massage gun, heating patches, and ointment were tried without result, I tried this specific product. I placed almost all the stickers from the packaging on various points of the table-like, for the first two days I was disappointed because I didn't feel any difference, but from the third day onwards, I started to see significant improvement until the fifth day when the pain almost disappeared (!) and I removed them. There is a website on the internet where you can order only the stickers without the magnets, so practically you don't need to buy a whole new one.

It really does the job and sticks well. However, one is not enough. Let's say your shoulder hurts, you will put three at a distance of three fingers from each other. Sometimes, in intense pain, you need to change them in three days and put new ones.

I had read good reviews about this and bought it. I didn't see any significant improvement, possibly due to the nature of the problem, as inflammation and pain coexist. Maybe in other cases it may be more effective...

It does a very good job, it really relieves! I would give it an excellent rating, however, even though it claims to stick and re-stick, it doesn't actually do it that well. The glue gradually comes off and eventually it doesn't stick at all!
