    The belt is good, durable and because it is elastic it fits many waist sizes. It is also tight and does not press the waist as much as the wide ones. The only problem for me is that as soon as I washed it, the fabric protecting the silicone where it enters the umbilical hernia came off. I solved the problem as you can see by sewing the two fabric pieces around it. Otherwise, it's fine.
