Its positive element is the strap it has so that you can tighten it where it suits you and as tight as you want. It bothered me a little that I wanted it a little tighter. Ultimately, the S/M size that it says is probably more towards M and not so much S. Especially on the side of my arm, it has already loosened somewhat and over time it may loosen even more... However, I no longer feel discomfort when lifting weights while wearing it. Finally, I really like the color and style of it.
