Okay, classic Dell.. the keyboard is missing. Personally, I bought it because it was very quiet. A friend had it, so I knew. Although the keyboard is very light, the build quality is better than expected. The typing experience is also good. It has functions like adjusting the volume and others with the (fn) key. The layout of the keys is perfect. It is very similar to my main keyboard, blackwidow X, so it suited me well. Also, very important for me is that it is not keyless. The indicator light for CAPS LOCK / NUM LOCK, etc. is in the right place, which many keyboards in this category do not have. It is the perfect choice for an office. As for gaming, for basic games or games that do not require many simultaneous key presses, it will not be a problem. Obviously, you cannot play MMO games because it does not register more than 4-5 simultaneous key presses. It has some discreet rubber pads underneath to prevent it from easily sliding on smooth surfaces. You will be able to comfortably play (LoL, Valorant, CS GO), and similar games. At these prices, there are many terrible products, so I took the time to write this review to help at least one person.
In general, we always evaluate based on the price.. we are dealing with an 11 euro keyboard.. even if it cost 20-25 euros, I would still buy it.
It was purchased as a replacement for another well-known keyboard that was giving me a lot of trouble. Finally, I found peace! Excellent for the household use that I need it for.
Edit 30/12/2022. Lifespan of six months. Unfortunately, it stopped working exactly after six months
I have bought 2, one for home and one for work. For this price, it has no rival if you like the low travel of the keys. Quality-wise, it has never stuck and has taken a lot of beating. I would recommend it without hesitation.
I use it daily at work but also in my personal time. I have had it for 3.5 years.
I have bought it 3 times, one for the office, one for home, and one for my boyfriend who does a similar job.
Initially, I got it as a secondary equipment, but I got used to it so quickly that I didn't think to change it.
Durable, minimal noise & the most important thing is the great price.
For people who do not have further requirements, do not mind the wired connection, and need something economical to do the job, I recommend it with closed eyes.

Okay, you don't expect amazing things.
It does what it promises. I would only get it for office work, not gaming or programming.
The only problem with the keyboard is that it does not have Greek characters as secondary. I bought it because in the photos of the reviews I saw a photo with secondary characters. I don't know why mine doesn't have them. Anyway, it is one of the best quality keyboards I have ever used. -1 star due to the characters.
Quite convenient, slim and relatively quiet. The keys have a satisfactory distance between them.
In the technical support company I work for, we have purchased over 300 units of this particular model in 3 years.
While it is new, it is fast and silent in typing, perfect in ergonomics, and has a quality texture for its entirely plastic construction.
However, 3 out of 10 have been destroyed after a year of use, from offices that heavily utilize them, and gradually more are added for replacement.
The reason is common: keys get stuck. I'm not referring to pressing a key with greater pressure and the delay in rebound, but rather it remains permanently stuck.
This indicates the poor quality of the keyboard's membrane.
The issue is that they replaced earlier Microsoft and Dell keyboards, which were simply changed because they wore out visually without any functional problem...
Therefore, this keyboard is excellent for home use, for typing in Viber/WhatsApp and URLs, but it cannot withstand daily continuous 8-hour use.
The wholesale value in such quantities is around 5-6 euros with VAT, just as information for you to consider the average price of 14 euros here when you are called to purchase it.
For its price, it is possibly the best at the moment. I am attaching photos for you to see how it looks in white color. The four stars are for the overall keyboard and in time it will show how durable it will be.
Good keyboard, with a pleasant key feel. However, I don't like that - in most modern keyboards - the quality has noticeably declined compared to past decades, with cheap plastics that bend with minimal pressure. I want to see how long it will last.
Excellent value for money if you are comfortable with low-profile keys and if you want it for office work (personally, I use it for gaming as well). I have bought two and have been using them for years without any complaints. As a bonus, it is very sleek and it also has particularly useful controls for volume. I can't say that the keys are completely silent, but it definitely belongs to the "quieter" ones available, especially at this price.
I bought it for teleworking. I work many hours on the computer and constantly write.
I received it on September 15th - and at the end of October, I threw it away!
Within such a short period of time, the keys started sticking, like the space bar, and others required a lot of pressure to be pressed. As a result, I made constant mistakes and it became unbearable.
The keys have a very unpleasant feel.
Of course, not even a drop or crumb had fallen on it while I was using it.
Truly the most wasted 15 euros I have ever spent.
Purchased in April 2021. Its usage is typical for office work. Used for 5-7 hours daily. Within 2.5 years, the noise during typing significantly increased. The typing sensation felt noticeably heavier. The A and spacebar keys are difficult to press and often require multiple presses. The letters on the keys have not worn off. The small indicator lights for NumLock and CapsLock function properly. Personally, since I place great importance on the typing sensation and noise, this keyboard did not satisfy me.
Only for office work I have it and the keys have become very heavy and sticky... Typing is not pleasant at all after 2 years. I plan to throw it away soon.
After 1 month it will stick
I have it for 3 years now and I have no complaints and for the 10 euros that I bought it, it is worth every penny and more!
By far the best product for the money. I buy it blindly for computers that I use for support (not for primary use), the keyboard is incredible in quality and ergonomics.

Its keys are comfortable, have the right distance between them, do not make much noise, and are not hard.
For everyday simple use, it is exactly what you need in a quality construction that delivers what it promises.
After a few months, I have concluded that it is mediocre in use but very decent for its price. A quick and affordable solution for a keyboard that you won't spend hours on.
Positive:
(+) Comfortable typing. The keys have good dimensions, a good "restful" low height, satisfactory depth (not flat), good spacing between them, and relatively good stability.
(+) Makes very little noise.
(+) Small dimensions.
(+) Low cost. Purchased for 11 euros.
(+) Various other positives. Bright indicators for NumLock, CapsLock, Large left Shift key, Multimedia & Fn Shortkeys (PC sleep mode, search, volume, play/pause, next, prev, etc.)
Negative:
For its cost (and for what it offers), none.
Excellent product.
It is excellent for an office with sufficient lighting, as it does not have backlit keys. For its price, it is a very good purchase.
I use it every day at work for two years now and it hasn't had any issues.
To prevent wrist pain, it would be good to also purchase an ergonomic wrist cushion, which can be found in many stores.
I wouldn't recommend it for gaming.
By far the best keyboard ever. Words are unnecessary. Daily 12-hour use for 3 years, and it has not presented any problems whatsoever!! We're talking about fast text typing. Buy without fear.

For writers, designers, etc., keyboard enthusiasts, you know that you should go to another category and price range.
Perfect for people looking for a cheap keyboard to get their work done. The keys are quiet and in the right size/position, but that is subjective. Do not get it under any circumstances if you want to use it for gaming, as it is not suitable for almost any game since it does not accept more than 3 keys simultaneously. Of course, that's not its purpose either...
I really like the keys. I don't know if it's durable or not. Obviously, it's not for gaming, but perfect for typing
A decent keyboard for its price.
Positives:
- Correct (98% classic) key layout and default F-keys F1-F12 functions (instead of fn) and perfect spacing between key groups.
A very important feature for a keyboard is to have the correct distance between the arrow keys and the letters, the F-keys and the letters, and generally the classic groups of keys to have the correct position with the right spacing from the adjacent keys, otherwise your hand presses the wrong keys. I realized this when I got another HP keyboard which was softer and of better quality, but had small unnatural distances between key groups and Fn instead of F-keys. I made a lot of mistakes in pressing keys, which led me to change it. With Dell, these issues are solved with ONE "click" on the PrinyScreebm Scroll, Pause keys (top right, 3 keys) which have the more useful mute, volume up, and down functions. The PrintScreen keys are moved to Insert, Home, PgUP (one row below) and are pressed with Fn. Fn also has some other functions like sleep, lock, next, etc., so you won't miss those buttons either. For more information, see the attached images. P.S. Mine has the US-GR layout (meaning it has the Greek letters "printed" on the keys).
Neutral:
- The keys are not particularly soft (I would say they are average) and they resemble other classic keyboards (of this price range) in terms of key press sensation.
Personally, I don't classify it as having a "chiclet" (low-profile) feel like laptop keyboards. It feels worse than those. The "compact" HP keyboard 400 or 300 alone (which is also chiclet) that I replaced with this one was noticeably softer and more comfortable to press, but unfortunately, it suffers from poor key layout, key spacing, and positioning options, as well as key functions (Fn by default), so I had to change it earlier than expected. My previous HP 300/400 keyboard is not suitable for programmers and generally power users, unlike the Dell keyboard, which is exactly what it should be. The reason is that you constantly hit the wrong keys and the Fn key is not easy to use. As for the size, refer to the related photo for comparison.
With what I'm saying, it doesn't mean that the DELL kb216 is a "bad" keyboard or too hard in terms of sensation, I just expected it to be better, meaning a little softer. It is simply average, but probably better compared to most cheap keyboards, but only to that extent. It has nice spacing between each key, which have the correct size (like classic chiclet keys), and between key groups (as in a classic key layout). As a whole, it is of "regular" size, slightly smaller than others. For 12€-15€, you can definitely say it is "good" for its price.
Negatives:
- I haven't found any yet.
P.S. Personally, if I were to buy a keyboard again, I would also consider the HP keyboard T6T83AA.
I have been using it for a month now. In terms of feel, it is something between mechanical and touch feel. For its price, I consider it a very good choice, with a nice, minimal design and quite ergonomic.
Decent for its cost. Comfortable for typing due to the low-profile keys. If Dell made it backlit, I would pay an extra ten bucks or so.
It is commendable in terms of its price category.
Quality construction that appears to withstand time and use.
Recommended.
