Towards the end of my pregnancy, due to gingivitis, my gums were very sensitive. This mouthwash helped me a lot with the applications!

I have it for a week and I use it daily. The cinnamon flavor is only at the beginning and as long as someone has it in their mouth. But then it gives you an incredible bitterness that feels like I have drunk poison and lasts 1-2 minutes THANKFULLY. I believe that until I finish it, I will get used to this unpleasant taste, but I will never buy it again.

It has a wonderful cinnamon flavor. It doesn't burn or dry out the mouth, it's very mild. However, you don't feel that your teeth are "squeaky clean" like with other stronger solutions, so I would describe it as moderate. The freshness in breath doesn't last for long, but it stays for quite a while. Plus, it comes in a large package and has a reasonable price.

If you don't want something super strong, it's a good choice. If you want something strong and effective, I recommend Intermed's "Unisept Mouthwash" again!

And a tip, don't forget to brush your teeth and tongue daily, of course. It is also advisable to use dental floss correctly.
