For those who have played Arkham Horror, which is more well-known, play Eldritch, it is similar in rules but Eldritch is much more balanced. For those who haven't dealt with it, the game is very good. It is based on Lovecraft's lore and the players are investigators who run around the world to close gates from which monsters come out, with the ultimate goal of completing 3 missions before the ancient one (the big monster you face in each game) wakes up or, if it wakes up, to defeat it. There are many characters with different abilities and you can make many combos, also the encounter cards (the cards for the various events that happen) are very well-written. Also, one player can play alone if they control more than one character. I think that to win relatively easily, 4-5 characters are ideal. For those who want to delve deeper into the game, it is perfect. For those who want something light and relaxing, definitely not.
