Instructions for Use

    Just a note for those who say that it doesn't spread well, etc... maybe you're not applying it correctly?
    It requires a brush!
    Don't complain if you haven't used a brush. It's like saying that concentrated orange juice (the one everyone used to go to hospitals for a sick person) is too thick or too sweet... And you haven't diluted it with water...!!!
    Anyway, if you spread it with your hand (which is not the recommended way), yes, it is more difficult to spread, you will need a larger quantity and you will need quite hot water to rinse it off. If you spread it with a brush, you're good to go.

    Scent: zero (unlike the amazing scent of the corresponding aftershave balm from the same company, which also lasts a long time).
    Difficulty in use: it doesn't lather easily, to say the least, it doesn't lather at all.
    HOWEVER: it gets the job done! The quality and the result in shaving it provides are beyond expectations! It creates a rather thick but thin layer of mud that makes the razor glide like butter and safely.

    Guys, don't be fooled just because it's called "apivita". The cream has a nice scent and is refreshing on the face, but for shaving it's terrible. It doesn't have any body, the cream doesn't even lather, and you have to use a lot of it to get the job done. It's better to choose a Turkish brand, where people know how to make shaving products and have experience, or an Italian brand that has been in the industry for years. I say this as a fan of apivita, but they don't excel in shaving and it's also very expensive!

    Shaving with Merkur 34c, I mention it because I didn't have the problems that those who shave with commercial razors had.

    I won't compare it to good shaving soaps, but I will compare it to the very common Nivea cream that many people use.

    Nivea cream makes a good lather, but that's about it. The two creams are like day and night, both in terms of glide and in terms of moisturizing and protecting the skin during shaving.
    No irritations with the Apivita cream and the razor glides very smoothly.
    The only downside is that it's not a cream that actually produces foam, it's just what it says, a cream that you spread on your face and shave. Personally, it doesn't bother me at all, it just requires a larger amount compared to a foam-producing cream.
    Also, it's a product that doesn't even need a brush to work properly because it's not foamy.
    I really enjoyed it and I would buy it again, I was truly impressed by the zero irritations and how soft it made my three-day-old beard.
