Serious dry eye, allergic conjunctivitis.
I have used Refresh, Optofresh Ecto, Hyalovet, Hylopan, Artelac complete, Optofresh.
The container provides 10 drops with 0.4 ml.
The advantage of Refresh is that not a single drop is lost when opening and closing the container.
Of course, it is very basic tears - sodium chloride, one of the oldest on the market, but a stable value. Suitable for someone with a mild problem. Otherwise, you have to put drops every hour and they are not enough.
Anyway, better than Hyalovet, Optofresh which are sodium hyaluronate, in which drops are lost.
The first time you open the package, you have to put 4 drops because the loss of drops is smaller that way.
In conclusion, it does not relieve the burning sensation of dry eye, as you constantly feel the need to instill drops, nor the itching sensation of conjunctivitis, nor in blepharitis.
It may help in very mild cases.

  What can I say about this product? Three days ago, I applied an eye cream that caused an allergy in my eye. When I woke up in the morning, my eye was red, itchy, and painful!   I rate it as "very good" and not "excellent" because it leaves residue on my eyelashes and I find this feeling bothersome. I have to rub my eyes or wash my face to remove it. In other words, they are not as user-friendly because I can't put them on whenever I want.

  Other than that, they are effective for the dryness I have from computer and mobile use, etc. They solve the problem. One vial covers me and I haven't needed to use a second one.

  Due to the negative aspect I mentioned, I don't know if I will prefer them again, even though it is an effective product.

  And a piece of advice, do not rub your eyes with your fingers because bacteria can enter. Prefer using a fabric, for example, the sleeve of a shirt or something clean, in the end.

  The ones that seem cheaper or have the same price create a slight blurriness in my vision for about 0.5 to 1 minute during use. Others that are more expensive are equally good but cost more.
  Therefore, these specific eye drops have the best value for money.
  Their only drawback is that they leave residues like semi-transparent fibers on the eyelids.
