As tears they are quite effective (not that they work miracles). The main problem, however, both in the bottle and in the ampoules, is that they do not have a proper flow at all. To get one drop in the eye, you waste 10!

  I have a mild dry eye due to African dust, but with these drops, it got worse for good! For this price (I bought them for €16 from the pharmacy), they should do a good job!! I only used 2 vials, the rest went to waste!! Money wasted

  The best tear substitute on the market. The only ones with 0.40% sodium hyaluronate. Provides relief from dry and irritated eyes for many hours. I have keratoconus which results in a huge problem with dry eyes, I have tried them all and these are the only ones that do the job. Unfortunately, they are very expensive.
