Julius Caesar devises a diabolical plan to conquer the unruly Gauls who dare to resist the Roman Empire. He wants to transform their small village into a degraded suburb, destined to adapt or disappear. For this purpose, he calls upon someone who has built many INSULAE, many of which have not collapsed, the architect Orthogonius. So when the "House of the Gods" is finally built and inhabited, life in the small Gaulish village begins to change. Money flows abundantly and the villagers' mentalities begin to change.
