  This review is about the keyboard language: Engish US

  Owner of this "super-laptop" for about 2-3 months, Let's get into it...

  -Display: Colors and brightness, out of this world on a laptop, I tried and sat on many similar laptops but none convinced me, the 18 inches are from another planet, especially on gaming level and color performance even on photo editing level, with many different color profiles depending on the circumstances.

  -Keyboard: Mechanical, very nice feeling, layout with enough space between keys so they don't press together but without losing hand orientation. Fantastic per key RGB for all kinds of preferences and moods, personally satisfied with the presets.

  -Sound: Good, nice, well-structured for laptop standards, BUT no difference compared to the MSI Raider 8SF from which I come.

  -MSI Software / Bloatware: Many company add-ons, many useless, such as smart AI engine for automatic switching of gaming movie work profiles etc. etc. the classic MSI Center for monitoring the computer as well as overclocking (but I do not recommend it)

  -General layout: Power supply and LAN at the back, quite convenient so that not everything is in your face, plenty of ports, satisfied, up to that point, nothing extraordinary.

  -Internals: As soon as I got it, I added an M2.SSD, the store I got it from assured me that there is no warranty breach in memory and storage devices. It has many expansion options, RAM up to 256, hard drives etc, with plenty of space to "breathe".

  And we come to the BIG NEGATIVE:

  -Cooling: Personally when the card reaches 65-70, with fans on cooler boost (100%) with ULTRA HIGH graphics etc, it throws a Kernel Error, automatically reduces "speed" to protect the GPU and consequently BSOD, in other words blue screen, and we reboot. Common problem with the Mobile 4090, speaking with MSI and NVIDIA we concluded that some updates will come to avoid this issue and prevent the GPU from reaching these temperatures, however, the cooling is therefore considered inadequate, especially for a machine of 5-6 thousand euros.
  MSI says its classic, "do not overclock" "reinstall DGPU and GPU drivers" and three little birds sit, which was tested and I did not see any difference.

  Note: I am not clueless, I know that temperatures of 70-75+ are dangerous for soldering and OBVIOUSLY I do not push it to the limit for this reason, but here is the question... if you have such a machine and you don't push it to the extremes why not get one for 1500-2000 euros and know what to expect in the end?

  Review July 01.07.24:
  Crashes continue, GPU temperatures rise for no reason after updating its drivers, and this seems to affect the CPU through the software.
  For the umpteenth time I spoke with MSI support, again uninstallation and clean installation of February drivers on iGPU and dGPU, MSI insists not to upgrade anything from the drivers, leave those that are approved on the official website, so as you understand all drivers are dated February 2024, I believe this is not a solution not to upgrade anything...
  I must have sent at least 20 customer support tickets for these issues, until they suggested if I want to return it, and they will give me a new one to see if it's a hardware issue.
  I will return with further comments by the end of the month if the situation has not been corrected.

  Review of July 15.07.24:
  The problems continued, Kernel Error 41 one after the other as soon as the 4090 card reached 65-70 degrees, I couldn't understand what went wrong, which software update could have caused problems, I followed 3 times steps and videos given by MSI to figure it out, from BIOS upgrades, dGPU - iGPU uninstallation and reinstallation of programs from February - March 24'. It should be noted that I don't visit shady websites, I always surf with VPN, I have paid AntiVirus, I don't install cracked programs, so no comment on malware etc.

  LAST ATTEMPT, I did recovery from the MSI partition, needless to say what process I went through to backup files etc, and I follow the path of "I don't install anything beyond Windows updates and selected programs that ONLY MSI has on the website of this specific laptop" and here...WE LAUGH.

  Awaiting.

  God enlightened me and I have made an extra 5-year warranty of 350 euros from the beginning (obviously I requested it for free for this machine) and I will be smiling, too bad for such a machine, I should have gone for a cheaper ROG build at half the price and the same hardware.
