    Very good cream. I have been using it for six months and it does a very good job. It requires a small amount, spreads easily, and has a very pleasant scent. When the baby has a rash with swollen gums and intense drooling, I apply it 3 to 4 times a day, preferably before bedtime. The results are immediately visible. I read other comments below, and while I understand that not everything can be equally effective for all babies since each baby's skin is different and parents are constantly searching for what is suitable for their own child, I cannot understand how someone may not find the cream's scent pleasant. To give an idea, it has a very gentle floral scent and somewhat reminds me of honey. The baby, who has a stronger sense of smell, really likes it and licks it every time I apply the cream. It is also safe because he has accidentally eaten it several times out of joy, no matter how careful I am. It has helped us a lot and we continue to use it.
