The friction-reducing coating allows the blade to glide effortlessly through the wood and prevents rust. The over-molded axe head connection is securely attached to the handle. The X-Series™ axes are virtually unbreakable and feature a lightweight but extremely durable FiberComp™ handle that absorbs vibrations and protects against overturning. The curved handle keeps the wrist in a comfortable, neutral position. A larger than usual SoftGrip™ coated area on the handle provides a secure grip, while the curved end of the handle improves work safety before, during, and after a movement.
