Complete disappointment, I wasted my money.
Bad photos, bad videos.
In messenger, the video is slow and freezes.
Even if I can prevent one person from buying it, it's a win.

I am very satisfied with the phone, always of course in relation to the money I paid. The photos are very good, the battery has a long life, and the 12GB/512GB has enough capacity. It's worth the money.
Hmm... After a month of use, this phone has truly left me speechless. The hyperOS had some issues but after the latest update, it is flawless.
For its price range, it is perfect for social media use and maybe a few games, but don't expect too much. Nevertheless, it will handle a game like PUBG and you will be satisfied.
Finally, it has a decent camera that is highly appreciated.
The phone is awesome... I got it in purple color. It came with a fast charger, tempered glass screen protector already installed which pleasantly surprised me!! It also had a case included. At this price with these features you can't find better! It's fast, the camera personally satisfies me completely, the battery lasts long enough, it did the updates immediately, overall it does what it promises. Also the fingerprint sensor works great with the thumb because I had read negative comments before getting it. I'm not a demanding user of course but for me it deserves 5 stars!

In terms of its price, I don't believe there is any competition. Personally, I don't have many demands. It has a headphone jack and overall runs applications just fine. It also has the hyperos operating system installed and everything is okay. I come from a Redmi 8T and the difference is significant
I have it for three days and I'm shocked... Maybe it's logical since my previous phone is the redmi 7 (a monster as I have it for five years and only in the last year it started to lag quite a bit and annoy me). Anyway, these three days that I have it, I have noticed that it is a very fast phone with relatively good cameras for its price, an amazing screen that has not disappointed me at all, and 120Hz which is hard to find in this price category. Also, for those wondering if the hyper os burdens it, my answer in these days that I use it is no, maybe it burdens it slightly but it is not noticeable, the hyper os on the other hand is very nice and beautiful software. The only negative might be the battery which I would like to last a little longer, but at the moment it covers me as it charges with 67w.
Excellent for this range of products, screen with very good feel and resolution, very light and user-friendly, very good camera with exceptional colors, fast and decent speakers. Also, the company is quite reliable. Not so good after sales service (they do not accept phones that may not have been imported to Greece specifically), but their phones usually withstand without needing service. Recommended.

I don't think there is a better mobile phone in this price category. Very important the radio without wifi and infrared. Very good speaker and decent photos. The battery easily lasts a day.
Very good, worth its money
My brother got it, I have had it in my possession for two days, owner of xiaomi redmi note 9 pro, screen photos are about the same. Speaker slightly better, too many ads, you have to deal with them quite a bit to remove them, but the result justifies it, the phone works correctly. The touch screen works correctly and responds to commands. It received a direct upgrade to hyper os, which is fresher and much richer, with many features but requires learning. It also has better graphics compared to android 14, the feedback could be stronger. The battery drains relatively quickly. In my personal opinion, for the short time I have had it in my possession, it is worth the 200 euros. The brightness during the day is good. The xiaomi REDMI NOTE 9 PRO takes slightly better photos, as a comparison measure! Update, after a month of use, it is improved in all aspects! One problem that has arisen is the following: when we open the gallery with the photos, all the photos have a frame but it is empty, when you click on the empty frame, the photo appears normally! Overall, it is a good phone but it has some minor issues! Now it has also received the new hyperos upgrade!
Great value for money. Everything is perfect for its price. I'm not an expert in mobile phones, but it works flawlessly and does everything that its description claims. This is the second Xiaomi phone that I have purchased, and I kept the previous one for 4 years and it still works. Overall, I can confidently say that I trust the company.
Everything is perfect! I got the version with 256 GB ROM and 8 GB RAM. Inside the box, you should know that there is a charger (67W), a charger cable, and a case. For those gamers looking for a good budget mobile, this phone is perfect. The same goes for the camera. It's worth every penny. Also, I have to mention that it records 1080p 60fps videos and has NFC. Update: Now I have a small issue with the software, but it's still worth it. However, I would recommend you to get the Samsung A15 4G instead
My best purchase when it comes to mobile phones... great photos and videos, crystal clear with stability. Very fast in everything and anything... applications, email, sending photos for work, receiving photos without any problems or glitches.

The best in its category at 217 €, the battery lasts comfortably for a whole day with just half an hour of charging, you never run out... I took top-quality videos at an indoor concert, the sound is crystal clear, the photos are great, and I don't even need to mention how well it performs for social media and music. The fingerprint sensor on the screen is amazing and very convenient. As for the lack of 5G, it doesn't bother me at all in Greece, where we are currently living. Maybe in five years, when it has become more widespread, I might consider it. For now, it's perfect. I don't know what else to say, it's the best value for money smartphone.
Update June 2024... After four months of normal usage and upgrading to HyperOs, everything is perfect. You can also expand the memory yourself. Mine had 8GB RAM, and I upgraded it to 16GB RAM. It's like a turbo rocket now. I highly recommend it without any hesitation.

Update: after the hyper os update, the device is much faster in use and doesn't lag anywhere, the battery has a slight improvement, now easily lasts a whole day with 40% left in the evening with data and full brightness... very satisfied!
I was looking for a relatively cheap phone after my iPhone XS, which I had damaged so much that it wasn't worth repairing. Therefore, I preferred to buy a new one for €250. I have previously owned a Redmi Note 3 Pro, Mi A1, Mi Mix 3, and other Xiaomi devices. I chose the 8GB version as I consider 12GB to be excessive. I have had the phone for a little over a week, and among the positives, I appreciate its screen, which has good clarity even under the sun, its fast charging, its sound from the speakers, and the ability to customize it through Xiaomi's UI. The only negative aspect I find is that it doesn't unlock with face recognition in complete darkness. It's a decent budget phone. I hope it lasts 2-3 years. The main cameras are okay, but the selfie camera is not as good (photography is not a priority for me). It also feels nice in the hand. One very positive aspect is that it comes with a 67W charger and a screen protector included in the packaging.
