  It gets three stars because my child started eating regular milk and gaining weight with this one after switching from plain frisolac. Generally, it is tasty! But it has many negatives. The baby's gas smells really bad, it is supposed to help with constipation but at first it gave us diarrhea and now he doesn't even poop. Also, as soon as the baby eats, the pains and gas start so intensely that a 2.5-month-old baby stays awake for over 8 hours! I will stop it, it offers us absolutely nothing!

  We bought it after a pediatrician's recommendation for our newborn's constipation. As the baby drinks the milk, it sucks air from the bottle while we mix it at lukewarm to warm temperature. The result is that we need to shake the milk constantly, the baby gets upset, cries, and therefore ingests more air, causing colic every time after feeding. In other words, he starts experiencing pain and colic after the fourth ounce of milk. Therefore, the milk caused colic for us.

  After a recommendation from the pediatrician, we have been using it for 2 weeks on a 3.5-month-old baby with mixed diet to make a gradual transition from S-26 Complete Comfort Gold, which started causing problems for us at some point.
  The baby drinks it twice a day.
  I dissolve it in water at the exact temperature that the baby will drink it, which is lukewarm or just warm.
  I haven't encountered any issues with mixing.
  I didn't need to change the nipple on the bottle or do anything special for mixing.
  The baby drinks it comfortably and pleasantly, it doesn't become thick.
  
  However, it foams a lot if you shake it like a shaker.
  If you move the bottle in circular motions, it doesn't foam much.
  I have noticed some extra gas in the baby.
  Also, the spit-ups are at the same levels as before, no improvement.
  The bowel movements occur once daily or once every 2 days, just like before, no change in frequency.
  However, the stools have become solid, they are no longer liquid.
  And the baby has difficulty in passing them.
  They shouldn't be having solid stools at this age.
  So it didn't help with the constipation that was present, it actually made it worse.

  But the worst part is the fact that I read the ingredients on the packaging and I got very worried about what I am giving to my baby.
  Among other things, it contains palm oil and PALM KERNEL OIL, which in my online research, I couldn't find any uses of palm kernel oil in infant nutrition.
  On the contrary, it is used in the production of cosmetics and soaps because it has the property of foaming a lot.
  Also, it contains 80% saturated fatty acids.

  I will request a change from the pediatrician, but in the meantime, it would help if someone knowledgeable could enlighten us about these ingredients.

  We started it after a recommendation from the pediatrician due to the baby's constipation.
  We have a mixed diet.
  Since we started it when the baby was about 2.5 months old, it brought us terrible constipation, resulting in the baby passing whole elbows crying, and this happened on a daily basis.
  While the hiccups were corrected immediately with this milk, in terms of constipation it made it worse for us.
  It was very difficult to prepare it as clumps were constantly forming in the nipple because the milk did not dissolve easily, resulting in the baby not being able to drink it and crying while also getting nervous and whoever fed him, especially in the early hours, because they had to manage to dissolve the clumps for the baby to drink.

  We drink this milk because of colic and constipation, from the 2nd month and now we are 4. For colic it is great, since when we started it, the colic automatically stopped. However, it brought us an incredible problem with constipation. The baby went 4-5 days without a bowel movement and I had to give her an enema. Now, in consultation with the pediatric gastroenterologist, I mix it with 1 spoon of frisolac ac and 4 frisolac comfort. And so we reached the point where the baby has a bowel movement on her own every 2-3 days. As for mixing, I had no problem as the dosage is normally 150ml. I put 160ml of water and it dissolves very easily. The pediatric gastroenterologist told us that carob causes diarrhea in most babies. But there are also some babies who have intense constipation and of course crazy gas.

  We were recommended this product by our pediatric gastroenterologist because our baby was having difficulty with bowel movements once a day and it was a bit of a struggle. Taking this medication helped us a lot with digestion and regurgitation, indeed, because we had those issues as well. However, our biggest problem, which was the bowel movements, became worse. It didn't give us diarrhea, but it caused constipation, resulting in the baby screaming in pain when they used to have a soft stool. It became as hard as stones, causing the baby to sweat and scream from the pain. And we're talking about a 40-day-old infant! We didn't have much trouble with mixing the formula; it dissolves relatively easily, but it requires a faster flow nipple because the baby gets irritated and tired from pulling, resulting in leaving the meal unfinished. Personally, I was surprised by comments that it causes crazy diarrhea, etc., because we never had a problem. With this formula, the baby stopped having bowel movements once a day and the stools became hard... It also causes a lot of gas all day long, and maybe even slows down colic. I will switch back to regular Frisolac formula that the baby used to take. If there is any parent who had a similar experience with this formula, I would love to hear from them because in schools we only hear about diarrhea

  The worst. Unbelievable diarrhea in babies, maybe up to 10 times a day! It was recommended to us by the pediatrician because one has constipation and the other has reflux. As soon as they started taking it, both of them had diarrhea. I wonder how some babies can drink it and not have any issues. Also, it is very thick with an incredible lump inside that barely cleans. It's the first time I've seen such milk. Obviously, it needs a larger nipple size to flow correctly. I will definitely throw it away, I will not give them another one of these!

  Excellent milk, my little one had a huge problem with reflux and colic. I tried it because of the reviews, and in 10 days I saw a huge difference, the colic and stomach pains stopped.   The best choice for babies with constipation issues. It helped us a lot with bowel movements, 2-3 times a day, while with previous formulas (Nan, NAN sensitive) we had one every 2-3 days. We haven't had any reflux in the 2 months of use so far, so it definitely helps a lot, it just needs to be mixed well with a spoon and not shaken vigorously because it creates a lot of foam and needs slightly warmer water than the other formulas, around 70°C as our pediatrician told us.

  For the issue of regurgitation (our baby was vomiting at least once a day in large quantities, almost all the milk he had consumed, and after an ultrasound, he was diagnosed with severe gastroesophageal reflux), this product worked wonders. From the first meal with comfort, the baby completely stopped regurgitating and could only take a sip if he was shaken too much on the changing table, for example, right after the meal. The milk, let's say, treats the symptoms of reflux... but not the reflux itself!! It goes without saying that the baby still has reflux to the point where it can be heard while feeding! But due to its density, the milk does not rise upwards! Because it is thick, it requires a little more shaking and slightly warmer water (rotational shaking is more effective than up and down, to avoid excessive foam and the baby consuming more air). You can cool it down a bit under the tap water and it's ready!! Now, regarding the issue of bowel movements! Our baby did not have constipation at all, so he had diarrhea after every meal!! The pediatrician said it was due to the transition from one milk to another and it takes time. And that's how it was... after about ten days, the diarrhea became regular bowel movements and went from 8 a day to 1-2. So, my opinion is, don't panic from the second day with diarrhea!!! And if your pediatrician panics, you can consult someone else!! It is more difficult for the child to switch between ten different milks, instead of giving it some time to get used to it and everything will be fine!! Finally, the milk does indeed cause a lot of gas!!! We haven't found a solution to this yet!!! Get ready for many baby farts!!! In terms of taste, the milk is great... yes, I tried it!!!! And it is exactly the same as frizolac 1, after all, they have the same ingredients except for the carob.   After 4 milks, it was the only one that our baby managed to make bad every day and soft because he suffered from severe constipation with great hardness. Also, he stopped making burps from the very first day! I have not had a problem with the solubility of the milk as other readers mention... on the contrary, it dissolves immediately in hot water! I mix it with frisolac 1 in a ratio of 50:50 because it caused us many diarrheas when consumed alone. However, our issue is that it causes a lot of gas, resulting in the baby crying and squirming while drinking his milk. While the baby used to drink 180ml in 10 minutes, now we have reached the point where he drinks 60ml, cries, and we have to wait half an hour for him to drink milk again, and then cry again, and then wait for him to calm down, so it takes us an hour to finish a meal. I'm afraid that the colics have returned (he is 4 months old)!! I don't want to change the milk because I'm afraid we will have problems with constipation again, and it took us 3.5 months to recover.
