The ointment is a very gentle heating ointment that you get used to within the first 3 uses. It is not for serious pain, only if you also use something else alongside it.   Very effective with intense feeling of warmth ONLY when I use it after shower. The times I have applied it without having taken a shower beforehand, I do not feel the slightest sensation of warmth.   I got a muscle strain and after using it 3 times a day I felt relief. It has a pleasant aroma and is not greasy. It causes a strong burning sensation that relieves you in a few minutes. Due to its effectiveness, I use it once or twice a week mainly for preventive reasons. It contains natural ingredients and not pharmaceuticals so you can use it as many times as you want during the day.

  Heating cream, with a scent that is not bothersome as it happens with some other ones in the market. It doesn't work miracles, but it is a good heating cream. If you want to enhance its action, wrap the affected area with plastic wrap, remove it immediately and rinse well if you feel intense burning and discomfort. If you are unsure whether the use of heating cream is allowed in your case, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Creams with intense heating action should be applied CORRECTLY, in order to achieve the desired results and not the opposite.

  I must have slept wrong - once again - since I am 1.93m tall while the bed is 1.90m.

  I woke up with slight back pain which I didn't pay much attention to and started my day. However, in the afternoon when I had to leave the house... it killed me. Literally, the pain multiplied by ten and some movements took my breath away. From afar, I looked like a 90-year-old trying to walk to catch the bus. In the past, I would use CounterPain, which is not available on Skroutz, but it did an incredible job as well. Unfortunately, I had run out of it. With all that, I applied this specific cream, which acted in seconds with a double brave dose, as if it were sunscreen, while the pharmacist suggested applying it to the area three times a day.

  It doesn't work miracles, but personally, it allowed me to relax a bit, to be able to do the basics inside the house, and to rest for the night.
  I will come back to complete my evaluation as the days of using it go by.

  1. Clean the application area with lukewarm water.
  2. Dry it well.
  3. Apply the gel until it is well absorbed.

  It heats up quickly and sufficiently. Depending on the quantity you apply, it lasts longer. On the neck where I applied it, as a side benefit, it also relieved the neck headache.

  absolutely useless and even dangerous product. the product description said 'soothing and warming sensation of affected areas'. well, after 2 minutes of applying it my skin started to literally burn like being burnt by the boiling oil. the burning sensation was so strong that i had to wash the area twice to be sure i rinsed all the gel off my skin. it doesn't soothe - it aggravates the condition and makes it 10 times worse, so my advice is to stay away from it. the worst "soothing" gel i ever had. complete waste of money. do NOT recommend !!!

  At first, I had the feeling that it doesn't do anything, but I decided to try it in different ways. So I used it after exercise and a hot shower. The difference was huge. Obviously, a hot shower is needed to open the pores. The heat was intense to the point of feeling a little uncomfortable. However, it relieved my hip pain in the best way. Also, with proper application and massage, the temperature increases again, but at least 5 minutes must pass and the sweating of the affected area must start during exercise. Without sweating or a hot bath, I didn't notice any change or burning sensation in any case.

  I had spinal fusion surgery on 03-Ι1 and I have chronic pain after the surgery (it has been 1.5 years). I started swimming (despite the COVID, it is allowed for people with disabilities as prescribed therapeutic swimming). I apply it after exercising in the water, and it burns excessively, or I apply it after showering at home, and it also burns. If I apply it in the morning and I am already warm from the bed, I don't feel much, it probably works better if the pores open through exercise or a hot shower. It does the job though, it reduces the feeling of pain. It takes about 5 minutes to take effect, at first, you think you haven't applied it at all. Its scent as a cosmetic doesn't smell at all, compared to Countairpain for example, which feels like you've applied Vicks. I recommend it, but it works better after a hot shower.
  Tips: Those of you who have chronic muscle or musculoskeletal pain, avoid cold water and anything cold in general, take hot showers, and use heating creams or heating pads (electric ones are available).
