The motherboard that was used is the MSI PRO B760-P WiFi DDR4 with 3600mhz 2x8 gb ram, the AG620 cooler, and the RTX 4060 Gigabyte Eagle OC graphics card. Well, I bought the i5-14600kf a while ago and I have to say... it's worth the money. Seeing the difference of just 5€ from the previous generation (i5-13600kf), I can't say that the extra money isn't worth it. Also, for the usage I have for this processor, which is using programs like Blender, Unreal Engine 5, etc., I have to say that there is great precision in detail and the performance is what it should be. The temperatures are amazing as well, reaching 35-40 degrees Celsius in gaming, while in rendering or other CPU intensive tasks, it almost never exceeds 55 degrees Celsius. The 14 cores give you the ability to use heavy and light programs at the same time, as the 6 p cores have very good performance, and the same can be said for the 8 e cores. Finally, it's worth noting that I built the PC with a combination of an RTX 4060 in order to take full advantage of the new features that Nvidia offers for artificial intelligence, DLSS 3, etc., especially in collaboration with such a powerful processor. However, if you are thinking of using a more powerful graphics card, I am almost certain that you can reach a high-end level in conjunction with this specific processor.
All good with the NZXT X62, it keeps the temperature up to 60 degrees in GAMING and up to 70 in STRESS TEST. With a slight adjustment to the VCORE at 1.20 and a setting from 5.3 to 5.4 and from 4.0 to 4.2, it maintained the same degrees and slightly less.
From what I searched and found earlier, the CPU performs well. Be aware that it is the "F" version, which means it does not have integrated graphics. This means it cannot be used without a graphics card. Additionally, it is likely that the motherboards supporting this CPU will require a BIOS update, as was the case for me. So if you decide to install it yourself, make sure you know how to perform the upgrade. In my case, I used the Gigabyte B660M DS3H motherboard, which has the Q-Flash Plus button that allows flashing the firmware without anything installed. Everything went smoothly.
The only one that surpasses it (and that with a relatively small difference) is the new AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, which performs similarly in terms of gaming but still, it doesn't cover all the games of today.
Otherwise, if I don't benchmark it, I can't find a way to put more than 20% load on it, in combination with Gigabyte Z790 DDR4, Fury Beast 2x8g 3200, RTX 3060ti, NVMe Corsair Force MP600, it flies!
Now, as for the temperatures, I can't say the same. In order for someone to be comfortable, even though the CPU states 125w TDP for some reason it seems to me that it needs a cooler with double the TDP of the processor...!!! I will wait a few days for the system to settle (as much as possible) the thermal paste, and then I will reconsider if I did the right thing by installing a cooler with 180w TDP.
