I know it's not a criterion for many who know foreign languages. Nor for those who are skilled in these types of things, or so they think. However, there are other people who are not as familiar with these things. And in any case, besides being illegal, I consider what Brother is doing to be disrespectful and unacceptable, and even more so for the stores that import them. Brother has on its website hundreds of pages!!! with help, instructions, settings, how to maintain, clean, change toner, drum, how to troubleshoot printing problems, wired and wireless connections, settings for connecting with mobile phones and others, many, many useful and necessary information for the user. However, ALL of the above is available in 24 languages!!! EXCEPT Greek. It also gives the option for someone to register the printer they have purchased, providing benefits in 28 European countries!!! EXCEPT Greece again. Why did I buy it? I didn't know all of this and unfortunately, I had a strong recommendation from a friend who knows about these types of products. As for the machine, which may be the best there is, I don't have an opinion yet, but for anyone who wants to ask anything and I can answer, in the question section of this printer, I would be happy to do so. If I have anything else to add to my evaluation, I will come back. 14-12-2023 Obviously, my evaluation has bothered many of the users who read it, but let them put themselves in the position of someone who doesn't know foreign languages. And why should they know? For a product that is sold in Greece and is mandatory, for many years by Greek law and European directive, to have instructions at least in the language of the country it is sold in. It also has nothing to do with the size of the market or the country, as I was told in a question I asked. Look at the translated photos I uploaded, which are from Brother's website. ------ Three countries together have half the population of Greece!!! Luxembourg population 640,064 Croatia population 3,899,000 Slovenia population 2,108,000 Despite that, they are FULLY supported! Five more countries have half the population of Greece!!! They are also FULLY supported! Ireland population 5,033,000 Finland population 5,541,000 Norway population 5,408,000 Denmark population 5,857,000 Bulgaria population 6,878,000 GREECE with a population of 10,414,000 NO support, neither on Brother's website, nor from the mobile application, nor from the importers and sellers, not even with a few pages of the absolute basics.
