The useless product of the year. I have tried several weight loss supplements much cheaper that made a difference in bloating and a little weight loss. I took it for a month and unfortunately had bought two boxes and abandoned it because I didn't see any results, even with proper nutrition. I felt bloated and it caused me hunger beyond the usual. I will not buy any product from this company again.

Very good supplement and at a very good price. It does what it promises, in combination with diet, exercise, and plenty of water (of course).
