It is well-insulated, the fabric looks decent, nice design and color just like in the photo, good proportions and it doesn't have a very stiff lining in the chest and shoulder area like other cheap or relatively expensive suits usually do, giving the impression that the person wearing it has a rigid torso (anyone who wears jackets will understand). This particular suit hugs the body of the person wearing it. I believe it is a fair purchase (for the money it costs, 129€ for a 3-piece suit) and for that reason, it gets 5 stars from me. You can easily find it in a store window for 200 to 250€, depending on the area you shop in, and definitely not below 180€.
