At first, it seemed good with good image quality, but after 3-4 months it started to have constant problems, it shuts down on its own, opens on its own, freezes, etc.
I took it to the certified repair shop since it has a warranty, but they only told me to do some settings via email, where the problem is solved and after a few days it happened again! I bought it from the German store and they don't take responsibility, neither for repair nor replacement! It's a new TV and it constantly has issues! I do not recommend it!!! Money wasted!
I got it for simple use, so I didn't have high expectations. I like its picture and also its sound. The quality, I would say, is terrible. The plastic parts creak for quite a while after you make calls to an excessive/annoying degree. I have connected it to WiFi at a close distance from the modem, and many times Netflix doesn't load properly. The menu is awful, especially when it comes to channel synchronization and numbering. I had a Hisense qled for the same price, and I would say that Philips is far superior to it.
