  It is exactly like all the spiral bindings in the market and identical to the spirals found in spiral notebooks from supermarkets and bookstores.

  I bought these: 6.4mm, 8mm, 9.5mm, 11.1mm, 12.7mm, 14.3mm, 15.9mm, 19mm, 22.2mm

  They are all the same size horizontally (distance and hole size on the paper), just for example, the 11.1mm one will fit more sheets than the 8mm one, but the holes on the paper will be the same size and distance apart in both cases.

  HOWEVER, the 19mm and 22.2mm ones are different, they are for larger holes and therefore I cannot use them with the hole puncher I use on the sheets because it makes standard holes.

  Obviously, all the ones larger than 19mm have a greater distance and require a larger hole on the paper. I don't know exactly from what size they start and are bigger, for example, I haven't bought the 18mm ones to check, the largest one I checked and it fit was the 15.9mm.
