    The reason why you are getting it should be specified. If you think it will lower the temperature in a room even with the door closed, don't get it. After a test I did with ice cubes and cold water in a 10sqm room, it managed to lower the temperature by less than 1 degree. From 27.3 to 26.6. What more does it have compared to a personal USB fan? It has the function of essentially emitting cold vapors and cooling locally. It will somehow be useful for a space without air conditioning. It's worth it for 17€, but not more than that.
