It is my favorite game ^^
The story is good, it's a bit romantic.
Garrett's wife fell into a temple, then she gained a dark power, and then we had to find her. The graphics are perfect, just to help you a bit (when you pick up items and go to the guy with the bow on the map, only pick up the items, let's say, to open and cut the traps, especially in the chapter with the bank).
It took me at most 4 to 5 days to finish it, but I was disappointed that the game was so short

The dark and rainy atmosphere of the game is amazing, you really feel like a thief when entering the houses of the era. It makes you think about how to confront or escape from the guards, it's not just stealth, it also has action, upgrades, exploration, nice puzzles, traps, and elements of horror and fantasy. The only negative thing is the slight lag when trying to move from one area to another or to your base. Other than that, if you haven't dealt with this type of game before, it's a must. I got it for a steal at €2 from the store, but it's really worth much more!

I have ranked this game first and top on the list of the most atmospheric games that have ever existed... I played it on my computer in 2014 when it was released, then I played it again on the PS4... It has great suspense in order to win the gold trophies... Not to mention the number of collectibles inside the game and how many times you will need to replay entire chapters or side missions to find them all! The game is a gem for those who love mystery and the atmosphere of a bygone era.

I bought the GOTY on sale from the store. Problematic gameplay, the cut scenes are at a PS2 level, many frame drops, mediocre story. After two hours of torture, it got deleted from the hard drive. If you want to play a quality game in the same style, prefer Dishonored 1+2. This specific game simply disgraces the prestigious name THIEF.

My character reminds me of the one in Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed in the way it moves. It's not boring, it's annoying and frustrating! It's a shame because I bought the game of the year edition... I paid around 35 euros for it about 6 months ago.

This game (masterpiece). It is an amazing game in every sense of the word. You see, if it was released by EA or Bethesda, automatically the bar would be raised and it would be advertised more, because it doesn't sell the same as EA for example, unlike Square Enix. So, the game gets a 10/10. The only negative thing I could say is that the frame rates drop several times. And even if you're not a fan of first person games, you will love this.

The new thief is a revamped game not only in graphics but also in gameplay, sound, immersive atmosphere, places full of Romans, passion for stealing, and discreet murders. It features nice shady spots and heights to climb up to where it's needed. It is one of the best games of its year.

Guys, it's the best value for money. I played the demo and it was so perfect that I bought the original game. The gameplay is perfect, it makes you think of a thousand ways to kill those who are chasing you. The best stealth-based game I have ever played. Get it, it's worth it.
