  This is the 3rd time I buy it. It really helps incredibly to get back on your feet, however it is the first time it worsened my cough. While initially it was dry and not so frequent, in a period of 4 days I cough without stopping, resulting in my voice being affected by throat irritation and waking up with muscle stiffness from chest to abdomen. It helps with decongestion and although there are no phlegm, I still suffer from cough. That's why only 4 stars

  Miraculous!! On one hand, my son had H1N1, on the other hand, after a few days, my husband had coronavirus, and in the middle, I was suffering for days with a stuffy nose morning and night, without any spray helping me anymore, a heavy head, and 2 days of non-stop coughing, especially at night.   I am a patient with bronchial asthma and have been suffering for years from the dry cough mainly caused by mucus in the lungs.
  The main problem in these cases is the inability to sleep due to the worsening of cough symptoms during the night. As a result, there is swelling and inflammation in the throat and tonsils.
  This specific syrup (and I have tried many) is very soothing and provides a pleasant relief in the throat area. Additionally, with continuous use, the mucus in the lungs is expelled within 2-3 days (visible in phlegm).
  In general, it is a lifesaver and I try not to run out of it, especially for nights like the ones I mentioned before.
