The charger is just fine, the buyer with the 1 star may have received a defective one. My Samsung charges it with "super fast charge" (turquoise circle - indication on the phone), unlike the charger that came with the phone, which charged with a green indication, simple quick charge.
It's a shame that it doesn't have ZERO stars. If someone told me that when connected to a 30w charger, the phone would go from 90% to 89%, I wouldn't believe them. Instead of charging, it discharges. Unbelievable fail.
*Only when the screen is on and you use the phone, it slows down. When I put it on airplane mode, it charges satisfactorily.
*20/9: Sometimes it doesn't charge or it charges as it pleases. For example, I have the phone at 40% and I plug it in to charge, but it gets stuck at 87% instead of finishing. My phone works perfectly with the original charger
