The worst SAMSUNG I have ever bought. It easily freezes, its memory fills up quickly, resulting in not being able to continue. You have to clean and optimize it very often to have mediocre performance.
Also, it is very heavy, making it difficult to hold for a long time.

I got it subsidized for my wife in November. Flawless until today. Its use, calls, fast wifi and 5g browsing, viber, teams, satisfactory photos, navigation, banking transactions, contactless payments, no problem until today. For this use, flawless, with regular upgrades, neither have I seen nor has my wife complained about any glitches or malfunctions.

Basic Smartphone for people with no or minimal requirements regarding the camera. Other than that, it does its job. It could be cheaper.
What I got subsidized from the provider I have a connection with, the mobile phone is very bad, it freezes with the slightest touch, the touch screen sometimes freezes and doesn't let you write, and if it does, it does it with a big delay. It crashes applications. It's not worth its money, I'm generally very disappointed.
The screen rotation is constantly stuck. It only changes orientation when it wants to.

Well, I've been using it for 5 months and it's a big disappointment. The camera takes a long time to open, about 5 seconds in general. It shouldn't cost more than 120 euros. I had a good experience in America with the older Galaxy 3, 5, 7 with a 5 & 5.5" screen. I think their operating system was better than the A14 from Samsung. I don't like the size and weight of the A14. Also, the battery (5000mAh) of the A14 drains quickly, it has a clear screen, but it is heavy and big to hold in the palm and talk. The shipping package was very poor and I was not impressed at all. I am not satisfied with my choice.
The purchase was made for a relative of mine and not for myself. However, the feedback I have is positive. Not for users with high demands, but decent (and upwards).
It is tragic. I have had it for 2 weeks and the headset doesn't work, it doesn't charge, and when I try to charge it, it is ready to explode. And I will take it to the service center and they will tell me to pay extra.
To me, this mobile phone gets very hot when charging in the car and listening to music at the same time, I would say excessively. Also, it needs charging in the afternoon. Its battery life is very short. However, the fact that it gets hot during charging is the main issue. I took it to the dealership, they made some changes but it's still the same.
I have had this phone for quite some time, it's pretty good but it has some disadvantages. First of all, the sound during calls is quite low, maybe because it only has one speaker at the bottom. Basic phone for the basics only
Meaning calls, messages, a little internet
Photos and videos for low demands, not bad though. Just satisfactory.
The most important and substantial thing for me is that even though it falls behind in terms of build quality and screen resolution, video, etc., compared to my previous corporate phone (A51), it is noticeably faster. The A51 was simply tragic.
The biggest downside for me is the price.
Cheap phone and low build quality, but the money it costs is tragically high, even though it is priced at 170+ euros, with specs and capabilities equivalent to phones that cost 100 to 120 euros.

The device does not belong to Samsung's flagship, but let's not forget its price, purchased for 185 euros, the 5G/64G version. For an average user, I consider it to be perfectly satisfactory, although a bit large compared to the Galaxy S8, which I won't change. You should know that it comes in its packaging without headphones and ONLY with the TYPE C to TYPE C charging cable, so you will need an adapter with TYPE C and not USB to TYPE C. The device was purchased for professional use, calls, emails, photos, and internet. It has not been tested for heavy gaming, movies, or high-performance photos/videos. Also, it is normal for it to heat up during charging because it has fast charging with a plastic cover, a fast charging adapter up to 15 WATT.
In general, it is good.
Now for the money around 200 euros, maybe you can find something better.

I have had the phone since May, I bought it from Samsung for 220 euros with charger, cable, and headphones. It works PERFECTLY. I am very satisfied. On August 18th, I connected the Smartwatch Galaxy 6 classic, both work perfectly. I highly recommend them. Correction. On June 21, 2024, it started freezing a lot at startup, it can take up to 10 minutes to unfreeze. I do not recommend it.
I am the owner of this particular mobile phone for a few days now. I must admit that for its price, it is extremely satisfying.
All these years I used to buy Huawei phones, where every Huawei phone I had, either had or developed problems later on.
Regarding this Samsung phone, what can I say first.. The camera is amazing, the phone doesn't lag at all, the battery lasts for sure 1 or even 1.5 days (depending on each person's usage), the speaker is incredible, and the calls sound perfect.
In short, I highly recommend it.

Firstly, the mobile phone constantly freezes and the screen occasionally flickers. It doesn't zoom in very much. The photos in the gallery are blurry.
