The term Quality of Life is one of the particularly used in recent years. Without a clear and precisely defined content and with a large dose of subjectivity, due to its nature, it expresses well-being, health, physical functionality, pleasant and comfortable living, etc.

Quality of Life is also an area of research that has developed particularly in recent decades. It is a multidimensional concept and is approached through various related terms (well-being, living well, satisfaction with life, etc.). Various methods, approaches, and even regulatory mentalities have been developed towards the recording and measurement of the corresponding levels of Quality of Life.

This study presents the approach to Quality of Life through different fields of knowledge (philosophy, society, politics, psychology, economy, environment, health) and in various population groups (children, youth, and the elderly). It focuses on the issue of cultural parameters, the contribution of scientific perception and mainly technological development, while also addressing the character of the related "self-improvement movement" of recent decades. At the same time, it attempts to give the mark regarding the corresponding proposal of Christian teaching, through the perception of joy, sorrows, and peculiarities of this perception.
