Wonderful taste of banana. It makes me want to drink it all. Excellent and affordable packaging, which is for refill but also convenient for the pocket, no lies. The shaker has a mesh and dissolved extremely well. I also bought the vitamins, I will take them together. Stay tuned for me to tell you about effectiveness.
The best among many that I have tried, it has nice flavors with good solubility and a good protein content with 23.96g of protein per 30g scoop, I highly recommend it. It is considered a complete meal, giving a greater feeling of fullness than a simple whey or iso or hydro. Personally, after training, I drink 50g in water for better absorption, otherwise it can be combined throughout the day and with yogurt, one scoop of 10 grams or with a glass of milk.
Edit: The old version is no longer available, the new one has 22g of protein per 30g scoop, with the main and fundamental difference being the addition of peptides for better absorption.
I bought the chocolate, good solubility, taste-wise I don't like it that much, it has 77% protein. I wouldn't buy it again, I would prefer Dymatize, I was more satisfied.
