I received the smartwatch today. As a first impression, it looks very nice aesthetically.

In terms of functionality:
It connects easily to the mobile phone.

It makes and answers calls normally from the smartwatch.

It displays messages properly.

The motion sensors also work as they should.

The voice assistance system (Siri or Google Assistant) also works.

The buttons on the side, except for the wheel, work perfectly fine.

The negatives:

The wheel occasionally gets stuck when turning it, and additionally, when it turns, the commands also get stuck (For example, when I want to see a function that is like a list that you need to scroll up on the screen with your finger to read what else is below, when you do it with the wheel, it gets stuck and gives you different commands).

The measurements for pressure, heart rate, and oxygen are all over the place, and I also tried to see if it would give any pressure, heart rate, and oxygen values when I'm not wearing the watch, and it did. So it gives random values.

Furthermore, another very negative thing is that it overheats when charging. So I let it cool down a bit and then put it on my wrist.
