My favorite multivitamin now also comes in a 60+30 tabs pack, which is a very good quantity. Previously, I used to take 2x 45 tabs. I have been taking it for 30 years since 1992 when I was young and looking for something quite powerful without exaggeration, high quality, and complete.

The SUPER has a difference from the plain Quest Once A Day in that all the B Vitamins are 50mg.
