Good product but the construction quality is below average, so I'm not surprised by the negative comments I read. For the money, I expected much better quality. Okay, it's definitely better than those that cost 20 euros, but it doesn't have significant differences from others that cost half the price. The controller, as futuristic as it looks, is rather sensitive, as mine came from the factory with a broken part inside that can be heard during use..

After a few months of use, half of it stopped working and the cable burned. We took it to the service department and they told us that it cannot be replaced or repaired due to our own misuse. We asked them how they determined the misuse, but we did not receive a specific answer. We bought it at a high price for better quality, but it turned out to be worse than those we buy from the supermarket for 20€.

...I don't like that everyone used to call it a Mercedes because I don't consider it better than the CITROËN !!! This name deserves it... whoever has traveled with a CITROËN or a Mercedes, it seems like a tractor to them... well, now for the mattress... IT'S WONDERFUL... I've been using heated mattresses for 40 years and this is the best... expensive but perfect... like the CITROËN which is much more... classy car with excellent... suspension, I mean... just like the mattress... the Mercedes is a hard and unreliable car... don't underestimate the mattress... it deserves the best name... While I had previously given an excellent rating, I have to say that after 2.5 years of use (only during the winter months, obviously, so we're talking about a few months in reality), it completely stopped working for no reason initially on one side and a few days later on the other. The bad thing is that I had already purchased 2 more from the same company for my children, which I am now using. I would not recommend it.

I can say that I enjoy my sleep pleasantly! During cold days, it is just what you need so that you don't have a "heart attack" when you lie down on frozen sheets. It has many settings and is easy to operate.

9 levels for the legs and 9 levels for the body. For personal use (from my perspective since I have the double one), the 9th level is excessive! For the body, I set it to level 1, although most of the time I close it for the body and only leave it for the legs. It warms up relatively quickly. It will save someone who has cold feet. The 3rd or 4th level is perfect for sleeping without getting your feet overheated!

The ONLY NEGATIVE thing I have found is the position where the power cord attaches to the mattress. It is located on the upper left side and correspondingly on the upper right side, resulting in having a bulge next to you when you lie down. It often hinders when your hand is in an upper position or when you are lying on your side.

After one year of use, it stopped warming my feet. Almost a month for service and I'm still waiting, no response or acknowledgment. Warranty, like most imported products: zero and deception.
To those who claim it's the best, they better wait a bit and they'll understand at the first issue. Get two others for half the price and when one breaks, you throw it away and have the other one...

I come back two months after the first comment to inform you that my blanket was returned (2 months later) just as I sent it to them, with the only comment that it works fine. They are playing us! In the third year (light) of use, I threw it in the trash (should have been more careful).

After 1 month of use, I am completely satisfied with it. We turn it on about half an hour before going to sleep at level 4 and leave it on for 2-3 hours during sleep at level 2. Incredible feeling of warmth without. Temperature range 1-9, eco mode, 2 heating zones for body & feet, auto-off timer (1-12 hours), washable and 5-year warranty.

It is indeed the Mercedes of mattresses. It may be expensive compared to the majority of mattresses, but it compensates you with its velvety warmth and variety of settings. Treat yourself and your partner to it as a gift and you won't regret it!

Very high-quality construction, worth the money if you want to have a very good device that will last over time.
The fact that it has so many scales and different zones is extremely helpful.
The best thing is the timer every hour, up to 12.

January 2021: One controller stopped working. My usage was excellent. They say it burned due to voltage surge. The controller cost 22 euros. It remains excellent with all the features it has. Excellent quality.

Very good electric mattress with a wide range of temperature settings. It heats up quickly even on level 6 due to the turbo function for the first 15 minutes and maintains the temperature at a lower and more economical level (1 to 4 eco mode). We really like the separate zone for the feet and torso. I would prefer it to be slightly longer and a bit cheaper. A big plus is the 5-year warranty (indicative of the build quality in my opinion). I do not recommend it for outdoor use as stated in a foreign review video.

I am returning after two winters to add that purchasing this mattress from this particular company is essentially an "investment". It works without any problems. For better results, open it an hour before lying down in turbo mode and make sure to cover it well with blankets.

Second winter this year that I use it and I can't wait for the moment to lie down, while before I bought it I didn't look forward to it at all since the bed was cold. It is the "Mercedes" of electric mattress toppers, that's why the price is high. It's a case of you get what you pay for, so I suggest to prospective buyers not to hesitate to spend the extra euros and treat themselves to it as a gift, they will enjoy it.

After detailed market research, I ended up with this product and I don't regret it. Excellent build quality, safe for machine washing when needed, easy to use, and comes with a 5-year warranty. As an avid sleeper like myself, the two separate zones (body and feet) and the wide range of temperature settings are a plus compared to others on the market. The only downside is the noticeably higher price, but I believe it is justified.

Quite high quality, easily washable in the washing machine, and the heat it emits is enough to sleep without a blanket in the winter! I chose this because of the 5-year warranty compared to other cheaper mattresses
