I have had the machine for a month and a half and I have worked with it quite a bit (I have burned 50 liters of gasoline, i.e. about 40-45 hours). By the way, it consumes gasoline, it consumes 55-60 minutes per liter. Of course, it also gets the job done in that time.
Before, I had an Italian 2.5 horsepower machine and even earlier a Chinese 2 horsepower one, so mainly I can compare it with those.
Without a doubt, it is a beast. Its weight is not noticeable at all, thanks to the accompanying suspension, which is top-notch. The engine is very clean, it hardly emits any smoke or odor. Also, the anti-vibration system is very good, so it doesn't tire you out much for its size.
In some areas, I would expect better build quality (plastics, etc.) for the money it costs.
Also, by (bad) coincidence or not, the head included in the package (T55x), although it is very good, broke in less than a month - and it is not covered by the warranty (considered consumable). In terms of noise, it sounds like an airplane, but many may be fixed with that.
In summary, it is from quite to much superior to anything similar I have held in my hands so far, but of course, it is also much more expensive. Whether or not it is worth buying depends on each person's pocket.
Purchased for 860€ two years ago, before it went up in price twice (949, 989). At first, compared to my previous machine, the TH48, I was disappointed with its fuel consumption, but it is very powerful and there is no other way. It consumes one tank every 50 minutes, but it gets more work done than a 3-horsepower machine whenever one comes across. Beast, I use it with the T55X head and 3.9 vortex line. It doesn't need anything more. Between this and the Stihl 560, I chose this one because it was 200-300€ cheaper, one kilogram lighter, has fewer vibrations, and comes with better attachment. Whoever wants a top machine can choose either this one or the 560. Whichever one they choose, they won't regret it. I chose this one and I am satisfied.
Incredibly powerful and fast tool!!! It doesn't get stuck anywhere!!! Be careful with high speeds, in case it hits a rock and comes towards you because it really shaves!!! The weight is a little heavy at first, but I believe you get used to it afterwards! Besides, the time it takes to do your job is significantly reduced compared to other lawn mowers on the market!
I am a professional and have been using it for 3 years non-stop, 5 hours a day. The only issue I had was with the clutch. It is a very powerful machine, it cuts through tall grass easily. It has two downsides: it is heavy and consumes a lot of gasoline. It can hold the fuel for 45 minutes. It's a good value for the price, you don't need to know how to cut grass, this machine can easily do it with just a little bit of gas
Well, where do I start..!! This machine is killer..!! Put on an Oregon jet 4 head to keep the trimmer line at 4.3 inches above the ground.! With the attachment it has, you won't even feel the weight..!!
It doesn't understand anything no matter what you put it to cut, with a 4.3mm fishing line it cuts everything (if it hasn't already been cut). It doesn't struggle almost anywhere. It is a tool for anyone interested in a lot of power.
P.S: No comparison with the equivalent Stihl... this specific Hus has no rival.
The machine is deadly serious, strictly professional for those who have many acres. It requires caution because it cuts the lines and doesn't hold any... for amateur use, go for something smaller.
For professional use, it has its own advantages. In the end, only Stihl.
