Unfortunately, while it is a very beautiful and well-made collar, it does not do what it is supposed to do. The app with the QR code that is supposed to help you find your pet if it gets lost is useless, you can't even connect, the company does nothing to fix it, and it shows from the reviews. It's a shame because it's a very nice idea, but you can find beautiful collars for cats for less money, don't waste your money on this one
